Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Voidex products, including Veya (voidex.net/chat) and Voidex Control (control.voidex.net). By creating an account or using a Voidex product you agree to them.
1. Your account
One Voidex account signs you in to Voidex products. Keep your password and any API keys safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Your AI provider (Veya)
Veya does not sell AI. You connect your own key from an AI provider (for example NVIDIA, Anthropic or OpenAI) or your own server. Your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them, they bill you directly, and you are responsible for following their terms, including limits on free or trial keys.
3. Actions in your apps (Voidex Control)
Voidex Control lets AI agents act in apps you connect, under the rules and approvals you configure. You are responsible for the permissions you grant, the actions you approve, and for having the right to connect each app.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Voidex products for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive, to infringe others’ rights, or to try to break the security of Voidex or any connected service.
5. AI output
AI can be wrong. Answers and suggestions are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). Check important information before relying on it.
6. Availability, pricing and changes
Voidex products are provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. They are free during early access; we will tell you before any paid plan applies to you. We may change or stop features and will update these terms when that happens.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Voidex products at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
