This policy explains what data Voidex collects when you use Veya and Voidex Control, why, who receives it, and your choices. Voidex (established 2025) is responsible for this data. Contact: info@voidex.net.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, and your password stored as a secure hash); Veya conversations; AI keys and app credentials you connect, stored encrypted with only their last 4 characters visible; Voidex Control actions, approvals, receipts and audit records; and basic technical logs (such as request times and errors) needed to run and protect the service.
2. Why we use it
To provide the products: sign you in, show your chats, send your messages to the AI provider you chose, run the actions you approve in your connected apps, keep records you can check, keep the service secure, and reply when you contact us. We do not sell your data and do not use your chats or business data to train AI models.
3. Who receives your data
Veya sends your message and the recent conversation to the AI provider you chose, using your key; that provider processes it under its own terms. NVIDIA’s trial terms say NVIDIA may use content sent with free trial keys to improve its products and models. Voidex Control sends the data of an approved action to the app you connected for that action.
4. Sharing between products
One Voidex account signs you in to both products. Your Veya chats are not shared with Voidex Control, and your Control apps and activity are not shared with Veya.
5. How long we keep it
Veya chats and keys are kept until you delete them or your account. Voidex Control keeps encrypted action data for your organization’s retention period; receipts and audit records are kept according to your plan. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security.
6. Your choices
You can delete any chat, remove any key, and revoke any connected app at any time. To delete your account or ask what data we hold, email info@voidex.net.
7. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the date at the top.
